Slaughter and May advised the Water Plus Group, a leading water retailer in the United Kingdom, in relation to the refinancing of its external receivables finance facility and shareholder revolving credit facilities. The Water Plus Group carried out the refinancing in order to meet its working capital requirements.

The Water Plus Group is a joint venture between United Utilities and Severn Trent.
