Slaughter and May is advising Song Capital on a ground debt transaction with Morrisons

Slaughter and May is advising Song Capital on the real estate aspects of a ground debt transaction providing £331 million of net proceeds to Morrisons. The financing is secured against a portfolio of 76 properties which will remain under Morrisons control.
 
Slaughter and May has worked closely with Linklaters LLP, which advised Song Capital on the financing aspects of the transaction, and Bellwether Green, which advised on matters of Scots law.
