Slaughter and May is advising Telecom Plus PLC on its proposed return of capital of up to £25 million to shareholders through a tender offer and subsequent repurchase of ordinary shares. The tender offer is expected to complete on 3 July 2017.
Telecom Plus, which owns and operates the Utility Warehouse brand, is the UK's only fully integrated provider of a wide range of competitively priced utility services spanning both the Communications and Energy markets.
