Slaughter and May, Hong Kong, advised DBS Bank Ltd, The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Singapore Branch and UBS AG, Singapore Branch on the Hong Kong and US law aspects of the approximately S$350 million placement of units issued by Mapletree Industrial Trust Management Ltd on behalf of Mapletree Industrial Trust. Mapletree Industrial Trust is a real estate investment trust listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. Mapletree Industrial Trust Management Ltd is the manager of the trust.
