Slaughter and May advised Senior plc on a series of proposals from Lone Star for the takeover of Senior plc

Slaughter and May advised Senior plc (“Senior”), an international engineering solutions provider, on a series of unsolicited conditional proposals from LSF XI Investments, LLC, a company advised by Lone Star Global Acquisitions, Ltd ("Lone Star"), for the takeover of Senior.  Lone Star’s final conditional proposal, valuing Senior at approximately £840 million, was rejected by Senior’s board and Lone Star did not pursue its interest.
