Slaughter and May advised RWS on the sale of its interest in PatBase

Slaughter and May advised RWS Holdings plc (“RWS”), a leading provider of technology-enabled language, content and intellectual property services, on the sale of its interest in PatBase, a global patent search platform, for consideration of £30 million in cash.
