Slaughter and May advised Prudential plc on its acquisition of the remaining shares of Prudential Zenith Life Insurance Limited (PZL), its joint venture business in Nigeria, and the extension of its bancassurance partnership with Zenith Bank, a leading bank headquartered in Nigeria with over 400 branches across the region. The deal was announced on 27 September 2024.
