Slaughter and May is advising on the proposed Hong Kong IPO of Hi-Think Technology International Limited

Slaughter and May, Hong Kong and Beijing, is advising the joint sponsors on the proposed global offering and listing of Hi-Think Technology International Limited (“Hi-Think International”) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

CITIC Securities and Daiwa Capital Markets are acting as joint sponsors and overall coordinators in the proposed listing.

Hi-Think International is a leading Chinese provider of digital intelligence software technology services and solutions serving the international market and was the largest provider of software technology services and solutions to the Japanese market in China by revenue in 2023. Its parent company, Hi-Think Technology, Corp., is listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations of China.
