Slaughter and May advises Hays on the derisking of the Hays pension scheme

Slaughter and May has advised Hays plc (“Hays”) on the £370m bulk annuity insurance policy entered into with Pension Insurance Corporation plc (“PIC”) by the trustee of the Hays Pension Scheme (the “Scheme”).
