Slaughter and May is advising Gamuda Berhad on a property joint venture with Astir in relation to a residential development project in West Hampstead

Slaughter and May is advising Gamuda Berhad on the formation of a property joint venture with Astir and the acquisition and development of part of the site at 156 West End Lane, West Hampstead. The joint venture has appointed Astir as developer to develop the residential units at the West Hampstead site.   

Gamuda is a major engineering, infrastructure and property group based in Malaysia.
