Slaughter and May advised FWD on the extension of its bancassurance partnership with Siam Commercial Bank

Slaughter and May advised FWD Group (FWD) on the extension and enhancement of its long-term exclusive bancassurance agreement with Siam Commercial Bank in Thailand. The deal was announced on 28 April 2023.

Slaughter and May supported FWD’s internal deal team on the transaction.
