Slaughter and May is advising the Fattal Hotel Group on its co-investment alongside funds managed by Queensgate Investments in Leonardo Royal Hotel London City, Leonardo Royal Hotel St Paul’s, Leonardo Royal Hotel London Tower Bridge and NYX Hotel London Holborn, and an associated financial restructuring.
