Slaughter and May advised Derwent London on the pre-letting of the remaining office space at its 25 Baker Street W1 development in addition to the previously announced lettings to PIMCO and Cushman & Wakefield. The office space is now fully pre-let to five tenants with a rent roll of £21.2 million.
