Slaughter and May is advising Dentons on its new London office at One Liverpool Street

Slaughter and May is advising international law firm Dentons on its new London office at One Liverpool Street, a new 176,000 sq. ft. mixed-use development in the City of London. Dentons will take around 67,000 sq. ft. in the building for an initial term of 15 years. The building is targeting a BREEAM Outstanding rating and plans to meet Carbon Risk Real Estate Monitor’s decarbonisation pathway requirements. It will also be fully electric, will offer almost 300 cycle spaces and is expected to have a 33% carbon saving over current Building Regulations.  The site is due to be completed in January 2026.
