Slaughter and May advised Capricorn Energy on a relationship agreement with Palliser Capital

Slaughter and May is advising Capricorn Energy plc on its entry into a relationship agreement with Palliser Capital and Mr Sachin Mistry, pursuant to which Mr Mistry will stand for election as a non-executive director at Capricorn’s AGM in May 2024. The relationship agreement also covers other corporate governance and information sharing matters.
