Slaughter and May advised on PT Bank Syariah Indonesia TBK’s (BSI) entry into a bancassurance partnership with PT Prudential Sharia Life Assurance (Prudential Indonesia), which was announced on 27 September 2024.
Under the partnership, BSI’s customers will have access to Prudential Indonesia’s Syariah insurance products through BSI’s distribution channels.
BSI is the largest Syariah bank in Indonesia, with over 20 million customers and 1,000 bank branches nationwide.
