Slaughter and May acted for BPEA EQT on its exchangeable bonds issued to China Water Affairs Group

Slaughter and May acted for BPEA EQT on its agreement with China Water Affairs Group to amend certain terms of the HK$361 million exchangeable bonds issued by BPEA EQT and exchangeable into shares in Kangda International Environmental Company Limited. Both China Water Affairs and Kangda International are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The amendments were announced by China Water Affairs on 4 December 2023.
