Slaughter and May advised a former employee of the SFO on litigation with ENRC

Slaughter and May acted for a former employee of the Serious Fraud Office (“SFO”) in English High Court litigation brought by Eurasian Natural Resources Corporations (“ENRC”) against the SFO, our client and another. The claim concerned alleged leaks of information relating to the SFO’s investigation into ENRC. The case settled on confidential terms on 8 October 2024.
