Will is a Senior Counsel based in our Brussels office. He has advised clients on a range of EU and UK competition law matters, including merger control, antitrust investigations, and competition litigation.

Highlights include advising:

• Figma on its proposed acquisition by Adobe;
• Activision on its acquisition by Microsoft, including as intervener in Microsoft’s appeal to the Competition Appeals Tribunal (CAT);
• Motorola Solutions on its appeal to the CAT against the CMA’s market investigation into the supply of communications network services for emergency personnel;
• Google in relation to various antitrust investigations and inquiries relating to digital advertising and payments services;
• Meta on the UK and EU competition aspects of its acquisition of Kustomer, as well as various antitrust investigations and inquiries;
• Vodafone in relation to the creation of a joint venture with Altice;
• Takeaway on its acquisition of Just Eat;
• Wood in its acquisition of Amec Foster Wheeler and the associated global competition and regulatory approvals process.
