Paul has a wide range of corporate and commercial experience. His broad practice includes advising on public mergers and acquisitions, private acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, capital markets, general company law, cyber security, corporate governance, commercial agreements, insolvency and group restructurings. He is an active member of the firm’s Commercial Contracts advisory team and its Financial Institutions Group.
