Michelle is the firm’s Chief Commercial Officer. The Commercial team comprises Business Development and Marketing, International Strategy, Comms, Pricing and Legal Ops teams. Michelle leads these interdisciplinary teams and together they are responsible for supporting the delivery of the firm’s strategic aims, though the development of client relationships, the growth of new and emerging practice areas, and the delivery of solutions to aid practice efficiency.
Michelle has over 20 years’ experience in professional services and joined Slaughter and May in 2018 as Director of Business Development. Before joining the firm Michelle held roles at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Livingstone Partners (now part of Rothschild) and Silverfleet Capital.
She was listed as one of the most influential professional services marketers in the 2023 B2B Marketing Trendsetters and Trailblazers report.
