ESG Data and Ratings Working Group (DRWG) Publish Final Code of Conduct

Slaughter and May is delighted to be represented on the ESG Data and Ratings Working Group, which has today published the final version of the industry-led voluntary code of conduct for ESG ratings and data products providers. Nick Bonsall, Partner and Co-Head of Financial Institutions, was a member of the DRWG Steering Committee, and was supported in that role by Lucy Scaramuzza, Associate and a member of the firm’s Sustainability practice.
