ESG Data and Ratings Working Group (DRWG) launch consultation on new Code of Conduct

Slaughter and May were represented on the steering committee of the DRWG, which has today launched a consultation on the proposed new ESG ratings and data product code of conduct.  The Slaughter and May team involved were Nick Bonsall (Partner and member of the DRWG Steering Committee) and Associate Lucy Scaramuzza, a member of the firm’s Sustainability practice.
