Slaughter and May announces that Charles Magoffin will join Pensions team
Slaughter and May today announces that Charles Magoffin will join the firm’s market-leading Pensions and Pensions De-risking practices as a Senior Counsel.
Charles will join on 2 September 2024.
Charles has been a partner at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer since 2010. At Slaughter and May, he will continue to advise employers, pension scheme trustees, financial investors and financial institutions on issues relating to defined benefit pension schemes including restructuring and insolvency, pensions de-risking, liability management and risk transfer.
