Class actions and major group litigation can be seismic events, not only for the parties involved, but also for whole industries and parts of society. That potential impact means class actions are one of the few types of claim that have become truly global in both importance and scope. The fifth edition of The Class Actions Law Review provides practitioners and clients with a concise overview of the relevant procedures, developments and factors in play in some of the world’s leading jurisdictions for class actions and group litigation.
Camilla Sanger, Disputes and Investigations Partner, edited the fifthedition of The Class Actions Law Review and co-authored the England and Wales chapter with Peter Wickham and James Lawrence. Camilla has acted on many significant class action proceedings, including some of the highest profile competition-litigation claims before the English courts.
