This briefing considers a series of significant proposals released by the Government in response its 2016 ‘Review of the Corporate Insolvency Framework’, and the more recent proposals on Insolvency and Corporate Governance issued in March this year, and considers whether they will help to improve our already well-regarded toolkit.
