General Election 2015: What does it mean for employment law?

The General Election will take place on 7th May 2015. A number of employment law issues have featured
prominently on the party political stage, including zero-hours contracts, wages, tribunal fees and the role of Europe.

But with this set to be the closest-run election in a generation, what differences can be gauged between the main parties when it comes to employment law? And how many of their promises have they been willing to commit to paper in their manifestos?
