GCR’s Private Litigation Guide - 1st edition - Territorial Considerations: the EU Perspective chapter

It analyses how issues relating to extraterritoriality, jurisdiction and choice of law are dealt with in proceedings before the European Commission, CJEU, EU General Court and in EU Member State courts, and discusses the implications of the relevant case law for individuals and corporations being investigated by the European Commission and/or involved in competition law disputes in the EU.  

Camilla Sanger, Disputes and Investigations Partner, and Olga Ladrowska, Associate, co-authored the Territorial Considerations: the EU Perspective chapter of the first edition of GCR’s Private Litigation Guide. Camilla has acted on many significant class action proceedings, including some of the highest profile competition-litigation claims before the English courts.
