Slaughter and May is advising 3SIIF on EBRD’s co-investment in R.Power

Slaughter and May is advising the Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund S.A. SICAV-RAIF (3SIIF) on its investment alongside the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) into R.Power S.A. (R.Power). This follows 3SIIF’s initial investment in R.Power in March 2023.

R.Power is a vertically integrated renewable energy developer and independent power producer based in Poland. The capital is provided by 3SIIF and EBRD to support R.Power’s long-term growth strategy, including its plan to achieve a 1GWp operating solar photovoltaic portfolio across the EU within the next two years, achieving significant greenhouse gas emissions savings. EBRD’s investment remains subject to obtaining regulatory approvals.
