Innovation in Corporate Law Award - FT Asia-Pacific Innovative Lawyers Awards 2014
Slaughter and May has won the Innovation in Corporate Law (Internationally headquartered law firms) Award at the FT Asia-Pacific Innovative Lawyers Awards 2014.
The Financial Times published the winners in their FT Asia Pacific Innovative Lawyers 2014 Report and in the Corporate & Commercial (Internationally Headquartered Firms) category Slaughter and May was ranked as:
- 'Stand-out' and received the highest score for its work advising Chong Hing Bank Limited on its US$1.5 billion takeover by Yue Xiu Enterprises
- 'Commended' for its work advising PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited on its £1.2 billion successful takeover of AIM-listed Cove Energy plc
